For more than five decades, "SOS Children's Villages", founded by Hermann Gmeiner, have accomplished valuable development work throughout the world: they give children and young people, without any other chance, a home and especially a long-term career and life perspective. This work does not only help to relieve short-term problems, but is holistically focused, which allows us to make a lasting difference for the betterment of all. Komdat.com supports this work by sponsoring an "SOS Children's Village" in Lekenik / Croatia.

Children's Aid Society e.V

The Children's Aid Association is committed to sick and injured children. This requires professional equipment like emergency vehicles, ambulances, children's hospitals and pediatric wards of hospitals. There is a small helper who has done great work by comforting young patients in emergency situations:

"Cuddly Ralphi" is a teddy bear and his purpose is to help children after traumatic experiences, such as an accident, by distracting and comforting them. Meanwhile, over 80 hospitals and Red Cross rescue coordination centers started using "Cuddly Ralphi". Over 30,000 children have been comforted by the bear. With a donation, komdat.com supports the association by purchasing some of the teddy bears for hospitals around Munich.
